SOLVEQO Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Applies to: the SOLVEQO mobile application (iOS and Android), related account and backend services, and the public website at https://solveqo.com.
1. Introduction and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SOLVEQO.
Operator: Andrej Gašperík, operating SOLVEQO as an individual operator.
Contact: support@solveqo.com
By creating an account or using SOLVEQO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SOLVEQO.
If SOLVEQO is later operated by a company or other legal entity, we will update the operator information in these Terms accordingly.
These Terms work together with our related documents, including our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Account deletion information.
2. The SOLVEQO platform
SOLVEQO is a marketplace platform that helps connect:
- Customers — people who post local job or service requests; and
- Professionals — independent users who browse requests and may submit offers to perform work.
Through SOLVEQO, users may post and browse jobs, submit and receive offers, communicate in-app, manage job progress, leave reviews after eligible completed jobs, and use reputation or ranking features where available.
Important marketplace relationship:
- SOLVEQO provides the digital platform only.
- SOLVEQO is not the employer of Professionals.
- SOLVEQO does not perform the physical work or services requested through the platform.
- SOLVEQO is not a party to the service agreement between a Customer and a Professional.
- Any agreement about scope, timing, price, payment, or performance of work is made directly between the users involved, outside SOLVEQO’s role as platform operator.
SOLVEQO does not guarantee workmanship, qualifications, licensing, insurance, safety, availability, pricing, legality, or the outcome of any job or offer.
Reviews, ratings, reputation information, and rankings may help users make their own decisions, but they are not endorsements, certifications, or guarantees by SOLVEQO.
User legal responsibilities. To the extent required by applicable law, users are responsible for taxes, declarations, registrations, invoices, permits, and other legal obligations applicable to the services they provide or purchase through SOLVEQO.
SOLVEQO does not calculate, collect, report, or withhold taxes for marketplace jobs arranged between users.
3. Eligibility, age, and account roles
To use SOLVEQO, you must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
One account, multiple roles. A single account may use Customer functionality and, where enabled in the app, Professional functionality.
Professionals must be at least 18. Before offering services, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. SOLVEQO stores confirmation status and related timestamps, not your date of birth.
Customers who are minors may use SOLVEQO only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with permission from a parent or legal guardian. SOLVEQO does not currently provide a separate parental-consent workflow.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide in your profile and for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use SOLVEQO in your location.
4. Accounts and security
Authentication. SOLVEQO currently uses email-and-password authentication through our backend infrastructure.
Your responsibilities. You must:
- provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure;
- ensure information in your account and profile is accurate and kept up to date;
- accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our fault.
Sign-out and sessions. You may sign out of your account. Where available in Settings, you may sign out of all devices or active sessions.
Account security. Notify us promptly at support@solveqo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Jobs, offers, and marketplace rules
5.1 Posting and browsing jobs
Customers may post job requests describing work they want done, including relevant details such as category, description, location information, and photos where supported.
Professionals may browse open jobs and decide whether to submit an offer.
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their job posts.
5.2 Offers
Professionals who have enabled professional functionality may submit offers on open jobs, subject to in-app rules.
- Professionals may submit unlimited offers over time.
- A Professional may submit only one offer per job.
- Professionals may not submit an offer on their own job.
Offer prices and messages are set by the Professional. They are displayed to help users communicate and decide whether to work together. They do not create a payment obligation processed by SOLVEQO for the physical service (see Section 7).
5.3 Accepting offers and SOLVEQO Pro eligibility
Customers decide whether to accept an offer.
For each Professional:
- the first three (3) successfully accepted jobs in that Professional’s account history are available without an active SOLVEQO Pro subscription;
- after a Professional has three (3) lifetime accepted jobs, an active SOLVEQO Pro subscription is required before another offer from that same Professional can be accepted;
- only accepted jobs count toward this limit. Pending, rejected, declined, withdrawn, expired, or otherwise non-accepted offers do not count as accepted jobs.
This rule affects whether a Customer can accept a Professional’s offer in the app. It is not a commission, transaction fee, or charge on the payment for physical work between users.
5.4 Job status and cancellation
Jobs move through statuses shown in the app, such as open, assigned, in progress, completed, or cancelled, depending on user actions and platform rules.
Customers may cancel job requests only where the app allows it and according to the job’s current state. For example, cancellation may not be available once offers are pending or accepted.
Professionals and Customers must cooperate in good faith when updating job status, communicating, and completing work through available in-app flows.
6. Communications, contact details, and completion
6.1 Chat
In-app chat generally becomes available after a Customer accepts a Professional’s offer for a job, unless the app shows otherwise for that job relationship.
You must use chat lawfully and respectfully. Do not send spam, threats, harassment, illegal content, or payment credentials through chat.
6.2 Contact details
Phone numbers and certain contact details are handled according to our access rules and Privacy Policy. Contact details may become available to the relevant Customer and Professional only when a job relationship and authorization rules allow it.
6.3 Completion and problems
SOLVEQO may provide flows for marking work as done, confirming completion, or reporting a problem with a job. These flows affect in-app status and related features such as reviews, but they do not mean SOLVEQO verifies that work was performed satisfactorily.
Users remain responsible for the actual performance of work and for resolving disputes about quality, payment, or scope directly with each other, subject to applicable law.
7. Payment for work between users
SOLVEQO does not currently collect or process payment for the physical service or job agreed between a Customer and a Professional.
Any price shown in an offer is informational. Payment terms for the actual work must be arranged directly between the users, outside SOLVEQO’s payment processing for that work.
SOLVEQO is not responsible for:
- collecting debts between users;
- enforcing payment between users;
- resolving payment disputes between users; or
- guaranteeing that any user will pay or be paid.
Do not send payment card numbers, bank login details, or similar sensitive financial credentials through SOLVEQO chat or profile fields.
8. SOLVEQO Pro subscriptions
Some Professional features depend on an active SOLVEQO Pro subscription.
8.1 What SOLVEQO Pro is
SOLVEQO Pro is a recurring subscription that provides entitlement to Pro features described in the app, including allowing further offer acceptances after the free accepted-jobs allowance described in Section 5.3.
SOLVEQO Pro is a subscription for platform access, not payment processing for physical work between users.
8.2 Purchase, billing, and renewal
SOLVEQO Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
- The price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in the applicable store at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the rules of the store and the product you select, until you cancel through the store.
- SOLVEQO does not receive your full payment card details from Apple or Google for these store purchases.
We use RevenueCat and related infrastructure to manage subscription and entitlement information received from the stores.
8.3 Managing, restoring, and cancelling subscriptions
You manage or cancel SOLVEQO Pro through your Apple or Google account subscription settings. The app may also provide links or buttons such as Manage subscription or Restore purchases where supported.
Refunds, chargebacks, and billing disputes for store purchases are handled according to the applicable App Store or Google Play policies and mandatory consumer law, not by SOLVEQO as the store billing provider.
8.4 Entitlement and access
Pro access in the app may depend on valid entitlement information received from the store and our subscription infrastructure. There may be a short delay between purchase and activation while entitlement data is verified.
If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or is not renewed, Pro features may stop working even if your SOLVEQO account remains active.
8.5 Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting your SOLVEQO account does not automatically cancel an active SOLVEQO Pro subscription billed through Apple or Google. You must cancel the subscription separately in your Apple or Google account to avoid future charges.
See Account deletion for more information.
9. User content and license
9.1 Your content
You may submit content through SOLVEQO, including profile information, avatars, portfolio items, job descriptions, job photos, offers, messages, reviews, and reports.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license below and our rights to operate the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
9.2 License to SOLVEQO
You grant SOLVEQO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce technically, display, transmit, process, and moderate your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve SOLVEQO, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to SOLVEQO.
9.3 Removal
You may edit or remove some content through the app. If you delete your account, we aim to delete or anonymize associated account content according to our deletion processes and Privacy Policy, subject to backup, legal, and safety retention limits.
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
10. Reviews and reputation
Reviews, ratings, and related comments are user-generated opinions. They reflect the views of the users who submit them, not the views of SOLVEQO.
SOLVEQO does not guarantee that reviews are accurate, complete, or fair.
Reputation points, rankings, leaderboards, and similar features may be calculated from marketplace activity such as completed jobs and reviews. They are informational only and are not endorsements or guarantees of quality, safety, or suitability.
SOLVEQO may remove or restrict reviews or reputation data that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, manipulated, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
11. Acceptable use and Community Guidelines
You must use SOLVEQO lawfully and respectfully.
You agree not to:
- post false, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content;
- harass, threaten, stalk, or discriminate against others;
- impersonate another person or create fraudulent accounts;
- upload content you do not have rights to use;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls, or another user’s privacy;
- use SOLVEQO for spam or unauthorized solicitation;
- use SOLVEQO for work you are not qualified or legally permitted to perform;
- misuse reporting or blocking tools.
Our Community Guidelines form part of the platform rules. If there is a conflict between a summary in these Terms and the Community Guidelines on conduct matters, the more specific rule in the Community Guidelines applies for conduct, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Safety, reporting, blocking, and enforcement
SOLVEQO provides tools intended to help users stay safe, including the ability to:
- report a user, job, review, or message;
- block or unblock another user; and
- restrict certain interactions through technical and policy enforcement.
Reports and blocks do not guarantee that SOLVEQO will take action, respond within any particular time, or resolve a dispute between users. We review reports as reasonably practicable, but we do not provide 24/7 moderation or guaranteed outcomes.
We may, where appropriate and permitted by law:
- warn users;
- restrict features or visibility;
- remove content;
- suspend or terminate accounts; or
- take other action to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
Enforcement decisions may depend on the information available to us and applicable law. They do not make SOLVEQO responsible for off-platform conduct or physical work performed by users.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using SOLVEQO, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-party services
SOLVEQO relies on third-party providers to operate the service, which may include providers for authentication, database and storage infrastructure, messaging, maps and location features, push notifications, app distribution, subscription management, and transactional email delivery.
Your use of SOLVEQO may also be subject to the terms and policies of Apple, Google, your device operating system, and other third-party services you use in connection with the app.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOLVEQO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Without limiting the marketplace relationship described above, SOLVEQO disclaims warranties that:
- the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- any Professional, Customer, job, offer, review, or ranking is reliable, qualified, licensed, insured, safe, legal, or suitable;
- any user will perform or pay for work; or
- any particular outcome will result from using SOLVEQO.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. This includes liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other matters where applicable law does not permit exclusion or limitation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLVEQO and the operator are not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, payment obligations, agreements, injuries, property damage, disputes, or other consequences arising from independent users of the platform or from work and services arranged directly between users, except where liability legally arises from SOLVEQO’s own acts or omissions and cannot be excluded.
Without limiting the above, SOLVEQO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of SOLVEQO or interactions with other users, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
SOLVEQO’s liability under or in connection with these Terms or the service is limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence may give you rights that these Terms cannot override. Nothing in this Section affects your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
You remain responsible for your content, your use of SOLVEQO, and your interactions with other users, except to the extent any responsibility cannot be allocated to you under mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting SOLVEQO’s liability for its own acts or omissions where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and publish the revised Terms at https://solveqo.com/en/terms.
If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law, which may include in-app notice, email, or a prominent notice on the website.
Changes take effect from the stated effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using SOLVEQO and may delete your account. Where mandatory consumer law requires a different process for changes, we will follow that process.
Your continued use after the effective date of an update may constitute acceptance only where permitted by applicable law.
18. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using SOLVEQO at any time and may delete your account through the in-app deletion flow where available.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to SOLVEQO, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or created risk, harm, fraud, abuse, or security concerns for SOLVEQO or other users. Where appropriate, we will consider proportionality and applicable law.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Deleting your SOLVEQO account does not automatically cancel a SOLVEQO Pro subscription billed through Apple or Google. See Account deletion.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including content licenses granted for content already processed, disclaimers, liability limits permitted by law, and dispute provisions.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or SOLVEQO are governed by applicable law as determined by the rules of law that apply to your relationship with us, without excluding mandatory consumer protections.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you may benefit from rules that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights, including any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law in your country of residence.
If you have a concern, contact us first at support@solveqo.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
